Web Solutions of Minnesota (referred hereinafter as ‘Web Solutions of Minnesota’, ‘WebSolutionsMN.com’, ‘our’, ‘we’ and ‘us’) is a web hosting provider. All prepaid accounts on our web servers are subject to the Refund Policy as described in this document. Under this Refund Policy, your placement of information on our servers is an acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Refunding Policy

We do give refunds for full months unused, should you want to cancel your prepaid service. If you decide to cancel after prepayment, you will not receive a refund for the current month in use (we do not give partial months refunds). If you have prepaid and received a multi-month discount, upon cancellation we will figure the refund retroactively withdrawing the discount back to the discount level that coincides with the start date of your account. This will result in paying the discounted price for the months used at the discount level at time of cancellation. This only applies to cancellation by the client. Web Solutions of Minnesota reserves the right to not refund any accounts that have been terminated as a result of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Refunding Procedure

The customer must submit an “Account Cancellation” request to initialize the refunding process.

1. Proceed to https://my.websolutionsmn.com/clientarea.php to login into your account.
2. Click “Services” -> “My Services” to display all of your Services with Web Solutions of Minnesota.
3. Click “View Details” next to the Service you would like to cancel.
4. Under “Management Actions”, select “Request Cancellation” and follow instructions.

We will not accept phone cancellations. Once we received the request, we will check on the customer’s account status. Depending on the customers remaining hosting period with us, we will compute the sum to be refund to the customer, as outlined above. An email will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the account cancellation and amount that will be refunded back to the customer.

3. Payment Method

All customers will be refunded via company check, PayPal or customers credit card on-file. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we have reviewed and confirmed the amount to be refund.

4. Exclusion

WebSolutionsMN.com reserves the right to not refund any accounts that have been terminated as a result of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Modification of these terms and condition

WebSolutionsMN.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this policy is written. No prior notice may be given.
